Jacobino Discos was founded in Santiago (Chile) on 2004 and until now has 43 published releases.
Jacobino Discos has become a bastion of the experimental, electronic, avant garde and even folk music, exerting political and critical work of the national events. As they declared in its manifiesto, "In Jacobino Discos (...) we are individuals, not subjects, seeking the welfare where this lies, which is nothing but creative freedom. Our criticism become in creativity for fight against cultural inertia".
The label publishes albums for free with Creative Commons licenses.
